Find an example, including the image, of the ~1965 ad campaign by AT&T
for their Yellow Pages, entitled "Footloose and Fancy free."  (It
shows a lower leg with four feet sticking out in four directions.)

I checked the NY Times archive between 1/1/1963 and 1/1/1968 and
didn't find the ad in any of those years.
