I haven't been able to find any information about this purchase. Where
and approximately when did you hear of it? Any details you can
remember might be helpful.

1901Bell --

I used both the Wall Street Journal story archive (a subscription
service) and EDS' Investor Relations page and could find nothing
indicating a recent acquisition.

Rather, EDS has unloaded two business units in an attempt to reduce
the $5 billion in debt that it was carrying at the beginning of 2004.

Best regards,

Omnivorous-GA
