Situation: I am a 25 year old woman with a pre-existing condition and
without group insurance. I have paid thousands of dollars
($$$$especially the State guaranteed Health Insurance $$$$) over the
last couple years, because A. I have a pre-existing condition B. I
belong to a sex that is capable of giving birth.
My first question to the Google Researchers: Are there states (in
U.S.A.)that sex discrimination is against the law or given
boundaries??? (I have heard that sex discrimination is not allowed by
State Law in New York) I am mainly interested in states east of the
Mississippi. (I'm thinking of moving.) Please list any sources.
Thanks!
