I wish to do the following with my PocketPC WiFi connection. Please tell me how to:

1) Access my home network folders on other PCs
2) Synchronize Outlook with my WiFi enabled laptop on the network

I would like to be able to do the above using an access point when I
am home and without using accesspoint (ad hoc?) when I am travelling.
