Yea dear researcher. I have gone through that website you gave but
they don't offer the type of service(s) I want. I mailed them but they
made me understand that they only donate books to libraries and not to
individuals. I need those that can ship me free book(s) for my
learning. Books mainly based on the field of Computers and Internet. I
hope to here from you soon. Thanks for your concern!

I've done some more searching, but do not see any groups that make
donations to individuals.

Perhaps there is an organization in your community -- a school,
church, government office, social clinic, or similar group -- that has
(or can create) a library, and can accept some books on your behalf. 
It can't hurt to ask.
