Question ID: 323585
I have a 1968 Lincoln Continental.
It has a 460 cu engine, and the standard a/c for that year.
I wish to install a modern air conditioner. Ford makes, or
made a truck with a 460 in it until an unknown year to me.
My QUESTIONS:
1. What was the last year that Ford made a truck with a 460 engine in it?
2. If I took all those parts out, would they directly match up
with my Lincoln? Specifically the hose and tubing fittings, bolt patterns,
wiring and so forth? I mean a "bolt on" application, little or
no modification required.
3. If not, did they make a year/model that would?
4. Is this a good price for answering a question?
