How can I have air conditioning installed on my 1999 Kia Sephia at a
cost less than what I would pay at a Kia dealership?  I live in
Torrance, CA 90505.  The car did not have a/c when it was new. 
Answers may include buying used parts (which ones?) and paying
separately for instalation.  And how much would the cheapest method of
having this done be?  Just provide expected price ranges (95%
confidence interval), please.  I.e.  "I'm 95% confident that it can be
done for a total price of between blank dollars and blank dollars by
the following method:).
