What qualifications, beyond being a lawyer, are required of nominees for the position of Judge in the judicial systems of Great Britain, Canada, Australia and the USA. I am particularly interested in any requirements related to aptitude, psychological,or advanced educational testing as well as any ongoing re-qualification provisions. |
