I just wanted to know if i am using dynamic ip am i unable to use proxy any more or there is a way to use a proxy of anoher country |

There is no such thing that Dynamic ip's cant use proxies.you have to just set address of the proxy server and its port in the browser you are using. To check whether Your ip is Dynamic issue the command ipconfig /all for WinX machines.if there is a DHCP entry saying yes.Then u have Dynamic IP's. |

This obviously doesn't apply in all cases, just done this on my ADSL connection and although I know I don't get issued a static IP the DHCP enabled field reads 'no'. |
