Question ID: 323809
Question:
Give me the top 5 low circulation magazines with cost per thousands
(CPMs) of $1,000 or more.

Requirements:
- The subject matter of the magazine does not matter.
- Must be a color magazine (i.e. not a newsletter)
- It must be published at least 4 times a year.
- Must be distributed in the U.S.
- The magazine can be business or consumer
- The magazine must have a low circulation ? aprox. less than 15,000 (audited)
- The CPM must meet or at least come close to $1,000

Notes:
- The highest I?ve found on my own came with a CPM of around $850.
(Financial Executive Mag.)
- CPM = Circulation/Page Rate * 1,000 ? if you didn?t know that
please do not answer
- CPM for most business magazines is around $100 to $300
- CPM for consumer magazines is generally very low at aprox. $30 to $60
- If you can not come up with 5 that meet my requirements, give me
the top 5 low circulation magazines in terms of Cost Per Thousand
(CPM). ? However, at least 2 should closely meet my specs and the rest
should not be very far behind.

Answer format:
Specifically, give me:
- the magazines page rate (full page color or b/w- specify which),
- it's audited circulation
- the magazines contact info. (web address, phone, etc.)
- your break down of the CPM for each magazine
-

Nice to have demographics:
- Magazines that cover the affluent (incomes over 250k),
- CEO/Executive types,
- mid to late 30's
- male

If you are buying ads, why would you want to maximize the cost to
about $1000 or more? A better explanation of CPM might help get an
answer. Neil

Hi Neil. I already have a good understanding of CPM. And, I am not
buying ads -- I am selling them. I need to know what magazines have
captured and are selling access to individuals who are worth $1 per
head ($1,000 per thousand) or more. Put another way, tell me the top
5 magazines which have such a potent and profitable, yet small market
of eyeballs, that specific advertisers are willing to pay around this
price or more to reach them.

Thanks for your help.
