I need to find a place that can give me:

1. The top 25 Mutual Fund companies

2. The marketing director and contact data for those firms.

3.  The advertising agency for those firms.

4. THe online advertising manager for those firms - like the guy that
would buy online advertising (like the person that buys ads on
Google).

Finding the top funds is easy...what I'm looking for are the
ADVERTISING and MARKETING executives that decide where and how much
money to spend on marketing these top fund and/or fund families (like
Janus funds or Fidelity funds).
