All information that I require must be in the North American (i.e. US) context.

I'm doing a research project where I'm looking for current information
about US network bandwidth growth and service splits. First off, I
need a figure on the total US bandwidth traffic (in equivalent
STS-1s). I then need a breakdown of how this total traffic is split
(i.e. something along the line of X% of traffic is voice, Y% data, Z%
private line).

I then need projected growth figures for each of Voice, Data, Private
Lines for the next few years. Please note, I don't want growth in
terms of revenue/line connections, but rather growth in actual
traffic.

Please provide an adequate list of sources. I welcome any help possible. :)
