When trying to start my HP Scanjet 3500c, I get an Internet Explorer Script Error as follows: Line: 261 Char: 4 Error: Object required Code: 0 URL: file://C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\Digital Imaging\bbfe\director\director.htm Whether or not not I click Yes or No to "Continue running Scripts on this page?" I get a blank dialogue box with no buttons to click and use my scanner. I have uninstalled an reinstalled the scanner software, and checked for any IE updates. I am running IE Version 8.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.060422-1633 I have gone into Internet Options - Advanced Tab and checked Disable Script Debugging and unchecked Display a notification about every script error. I need to be able to use my scanner again! | |
