There was a ruling by a judge in the last couple of years related to
the rights of aliens in Britain which gave aliens the same rights as
Citizens in Britain.  I am looking for any web-site/reference to this
ruling which basically stated that aliens have to be afforded the same
legal rights as British citizens for any criminal charges brought
against them in Britain.  Thank You.

Perhaps you can identify the one you require. I have searched for
'court' on that page but am not able to identify the ruling you need
from the results or from the Information Pages on that website.
