Howdy nickel7-ga ,

On what type of hardware are you trying to install Windows ME? Any and all
details, especially brand of computer, plus anything else, such as type of
hard drive, video card, sound card, etc. would help the diagnostic process.

Fatal exception 0E (not OE) errors often indicate a hardware problem.
The error actually refers to Vnetbios (not Unetbios). You seem to
have a MatrOx video card (not a MatrIx). If you spell your keywords
correctly, you will find much more useful info. Ex: at
http://aumha.org/win4/kbefe.php it says "When occurring in the 0028
memory range, it nearly always means that a device driver is
implicated in the problem." Have you tried replacing your Belkin PCI
network card with a different brand?
