Please provide a list (phone # and website) of 5 semiconductor fabs
(they need to be small and cheap) in each of these three areas that
specialize in MEMS.  I would like to find a fab to outsource the
production of my micromachined silicon MEMS devices (KOH etch) on six
inch wafers.
