We're a company with a LLC established in Nevada that is looking
into starting a business which publishes and distributes free
magazines of job opportunities in every State in the United States.
Can we distribute the magazines into every state and file taxes in
Nevada as our headquarters, as we do now? And what licenses, and other
official documentation do we need to get started?
