As said in their website, Public Record Sources does sell databases:
"You can purchase the contact information of individual databases in
an Excel or Access.

The list of searchable databases available at their site is huge and
they have every single DB you are looking for, I don't know if they
sell all of them, because of the "restrictions" they mention. Here is
the list:

are not the ones you are looking for, but it seems to me that you need
as much resources as you can :)
