We have done a lot of research and feel a dalmation or smooth collie
would be the best dog for our family. The problem is, there aren't any
to be found! We are looking for a female that is not deaf. Age is not
important. Where can we visit and perhaps get one of these dogs?

I've compiled a comprehensive list of breeders, kennels and clubs
along with all available contact information.

I answered another similar question recently and suggested the
following information:

Due to the changeable status (dogs are sold, and other various
changes) I am not able to give you a complete rundown on what's
available at any moment (such as females available, what age, etc.)

When making contact, ask if they know of any other breeders or kennel
owners that have a dog which satisfies your specifications.  Most
breeders are familiar with other breeders in their particular area. 
They join the same clubs, go to the same dog shows, etc.
