I would like to know how to get Wal-Mart gift cards at a 10-20% discount?

Unacceptable answers include: 
Anything off E-Bay, Links to clubs that require payment for membership
and have a limit on orders, anything that can not be verified, and
also no e-mails to ?secret distributors?.
Also Gift Cards should be available right away (No 4-6 week wait before shipment)

Acceptable answers: Credit card shopping reward programs that offer
Wal-Mart gift cards at discount (Last I heard MasterCard had some kind
of gift card discount program but I am unable to locate information on
it), anything not mentioned in unacceptable answers.
