My question is as follows:

I am looking for the Frequency and Power information about the
Citizens' Radio Band allocation in Europe. (Not just the EU). This is
for LEGAL CB radio and up to date.

The specific information needed are:

Frequency Range(s) + Channels: Frequencies and channels allocated.
Modes permitted: AM, FM, SSB (include Packet and other modes) etc?
Transmission Power: Please give this in Watts and Decibel Watts.

For the purpose of this question CB Radio is classed as the following:
A license may or may not be required.
There should be NO examination.
CB must be available to the general public.
CB may not be called ?Citizens? Band in all countries.
CB can be located in HF, VHF or UHF (as in Australia).
Countries may have allocations outside the CEPT CB agreement.
Do not list the CEPT CB information
Services (such as PMR446) should NOT be included unless power output
is more than 2 watts. Other services available to the general public
should be listed.

I need the information for the whole of Europe. See the following map:
http://www.sitesatlas.com/Maps/Maps/Europe.htm

(You can exclude Iceland)

Wow, You do know that each of those contries have there own version of
the FCC that regulates frequency and spectrum, so each would be
different and would have to be searched by looking at the countries
govening departments website (if available) probably in their native
language. Other words ... To much, to little. So I would suggest you
narrow it down to a couple countries.
