Why does my USB d-link disconnect from my server when my computer sleeps so that I need to either reset the wireless server or restart my computer. |

1: Why does my USB d-link disconnect from my server when my computer sleeps: The computer sleep mode is to save energy, USB provides voltage to USB devices, hence shutting this off save lots of energy. Cure: Under the energy saving part of your BIOS it may have an option NOT to suspend the USB port(s) during power save. If it is software "sleep" it may also have this option. X |
