Why can't I get http://rosemail.isd623.org on my computer? They say you only have to go to Internet Explorer and bring it up. |

The correct URL you want is https://rosemail.isd623.org not http://rosemail.isd623.org. Do you see the difference? The https, not http. BTW, that means its on a secure server. |

I think the URL you used in wrong. Also you must have a user id and passowrd. You have 2 options. 1) Go to http://www.isd623.org/ using your browser (e.g. Internet Explorer) On the page that loads look for the "Web Mail Access" link in the box right below the Search Site box. Click on it. It will pop up a login window. Enter username and passowrd and click OK. It should get you in. OR 2) If you don't want to go to the home page of the scholl district and you want to go directly to mail page type in https://rosemail.isd623.org/ in the location or address bat of your browser. It should open the same login window where you type in the user id and password. You should be able to get in. Note: The school district user Microsoft Exchange for mail service. If you have Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express you can use those to read your mail. But you have a lit more complex set up. With the web mail you access it from anywhere provided you have an internet connection and a browser. Hope this answers your question. cheers |
