Whle I'm not sure how to translate then into SIL IPA, I do know of a
free program where it can be done. Would the links to these programs
work for you, or do you want someone versed in SIL IPA to actually
translate them in that language for you. If you don't feel that the
programs that I mentioned are enough of an answer, I can post them as
a comment as well. I'm just not comfy trying to translate into a
language I know nothing about.

Someone versed in SIL IPA would be best unless there is a site that
can do it. I can do it myself but I want corroberation.

Hello again,
I have been finding out that most SIL translators work in the
countries they are translatiing for, there are virtually no "personal"
SIL translators that could help you. I have spoken with about 20
professionals in the field, from 3 or 4 translation firms, and sil.org
and they all agree on this.
"Nearly all SIL International translators work overseas with the people for
whom they are translating. They are not able to take on outside translation
projects."
However, I have a TON of resources that would allow you to do it
yourself. And or tutor you thru learning SIL IPA and doing what you
need to do. That way, once you got your project completed, maybe you
could advance it to one of them who could check it for you? I just
have the feeling finding a "double checker" is a dead end street, at
least for me so far. Would a program that tutored you in translation
and checked to make sure you did it correct work, or did you want a
live person to check it. I'm just trying to find some angles that we
could go down. let me know how you feel about this.

you a graduate student to help you with your work. Would that work for
