"Hand in Hand" is one of those treasured little films that somehow
"fell through the cracks" and has not yet appeared in the commercial
video market.
The only way I know to obtain a copy is from a private movie collector
who maintains a website here:
BPM123

Bob P. McCready, the collector, lists "Hand in Hand" as one of the
videos in his collection:

To contact Bob by email, click the link at the bottom of his homepage.
I have dealt with Bob in the past, and have been very pleased.
One other possibility is "The MovieHunter," who specializes in
searching for hard-to-find videos. I have not tried this service, and
cannot vouch for it personally, but you'll find contact information
here:

In case you have access to a 16mm movie projector, a 16mm print of
"Hand in Hand" is available for rent:

I hope you will be able to obtain a copy of "Hand in Hand." If not, at
least you now know the name of the film; thousands of new titles are
being released on DVD each year, and it's quite possible that "Hand in
Hand" may make an appearance in the commercial market.
If anything I've said is unclear or incomplete, please request
clarification; I'll be glad to offer further assistance before you
rate my answer.
