Dear 4Dixie-GA
I'm afraid I have some bad news for you. There are no San
Francisco Music Box stores in the state of Minnesota. However, there
used to be. The company has filed for bankruptcy and is going to
either a much smaller operation, or out of business. It has not been
determined yet.

I found this out by doing a Google search for "San Francisco Music Box Company"

I clicked on the top link on the page and went to the cmpany website
http://www.sfmusicbox.com/2512/

I then went down to the bottom of the page and clicked store locator,
however, it showed no Minnesota stores. It did show stores in the
following states: Alabama, Colorado, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New
Jersey, and Ohio.

I then went to the "Contact us" link
http://www.sfmusicbox.com/2512/custserv/contact.epl
off the main website and called the number listed there.
"Call Us:
1-800-227-2190
(Toll-free in the U.S. and Canada)"

You can also write or email them BTW. I spoke with a customer service
represenative named Cocoa, who said she didn't know store locations,
but gave me another # to try.

302-571-6600

I called that # and it was a law firm Young, Conaway Starghut and
Taylor. They said, when I asked about Minnesota stores, that they were
the law firm handling the company's bankruptcy and that they were
closing down most, if not all of their stores and there were no
Minnesota ones listed in the paperwork. They gave me the name of the
paralegal on the case, which was Stephanie, if I had any further
questions.

it does still look like though, 4Dixie, that you can order off the
website still, so that may be an option for you as well.

I wish I could have given you a happier answer, The San Francisco
Music Box company makes some cute items, and it will be a shame to see
them close completely down, if that's how it goes. I know we used to
have one in the state I live in, and it's gone now too.

Thanks for using Google Answers.

I also wanted to let you know 4Dixie, if you want locations in any of
those other states, they list them all in the "store locator" on the
main website for the company as well, by address and phone #.
