Hello Bernief, I'm certain the book you're seeking is: "Official Assassin : Winston Churchill's Sas Hit Team" by Peter Mason Publisher: Phillips Pubns; ISBN: 0932572316 This title can be found at Amazon.com: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0932572316/ For a background story, please see: The Sunday Times, London (28 December 1997) British Hit Squad 'executed Nazis' http://homepage.ntlworld.com/stickems/JosefGalinsky.htm "Peter Mason, 73, has described how he was recruited in May 1945 to avenge the deaths of Special Operations Executive (SOE) spies murdered in concentration camps and SAS men shot by the SS as saboteurs. The mission was intended to punish war criminals not prominent enough to face justice at Nuremberg and other trials conducted by the allies at the end of the war." The following reference states that indeed the author lives in Montana: The Olson File http://www.fluoride.org.uk/unethical_conduct/000098_olson.html "One of the survivors of the British "hit squad" is Peter Mason who lives in Montana" I hope this is it!
