I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with your NordicTrack
treadmill. I went to the NordicTrack website
(http://www.nordictrack.com) and located the owner's manual for your
model (http://www.iconservice.com/pdf/NTTL12080.pdf) in the Customer
Service section.
On page 20 of the owner's manual, the following text describes your error:
"If the console detects a speed error (no speed signal, an erratic
speed signal, etc.), an ?E20,? ?E21,? ?E22,? ?E23,? or ?E24? may
appear in the SPEED display. If one of these error codes appears,
remove the key from the console, wait for ten seconds, and then
reinsert the key. If the error code appears again, call our Customer
Service Department. Do not operate the treadmill until the problem is
