Jazz guitarist Zachary Breaux died tragically at a very young age.
How did he die, and are there are "recently discovered, yet not
released" recordings of his work available to trade or purchase? The
latest release that I can find is "Uptown Groovin", circa 1997. Any
other stuff released after that? The main answer I am looking for is
ther any way to obtain more of his music that was not part of the
recordings he relesed 1997 and before, i.e. any "hidden recordings"
found and released for serious and devoted fans after his passage?
Thanks,
Charles

It appears that he was recording with Zebra Records at the time of his
death, so if you know how to contact Zebra, perhaps they could answer
your specific question. The Jazz House re-issued his Groovin album on
June 16, 2003 but it looks like an exact reissue of an earlier album
of the same name on a different label. Do you also have his other
albums: LAIDBACK, and A NIGHT AT RONNIE SCOTT'S? Some of his albums
are available from overseas and the UK--would you be interested in
purchasing his work if it was found in a source that was not in the
US?
