I'm looking for the name of the Siryan town that was destroyed by US
forces after an incident similar to the one in Fallujah.  The town was
literally leveled.  I believe the name was Hana, which lead to a
phrase "Hana Rules" when a town is obliterated after such an incident.

Are you referring to the February 1982 "Massacre of Hama" in which
Syrian forces leveled 1/3 of the city of Hama in an effort to quell
insurrection there?
