I am looking for information on how to create an airplane autopilot
system (preferable with a programming language, but straight theory is
acceptable). I am willing to accept the information as internet
source(s) and/or addresses/phone #?s of aeronautical engineering
libraries or any library related to this topic. Libraries containing 
a large selection of books on aeronautical engineering are also
acceptable. The library fee must be free or reasonable priced under
$30. The library must be located in the New York City area.
