I am interested in finding out more about Eric Kim, EVP of Global
Marketing for Samsung and a new system called M-Net. An article in the
Oct 2003 Harvard Business Review talk highlighted M-Net a
sophisticated new system for evaluating where to invest marketing
resources. Are there other software companies focused in this space
and what systems are the big multinationals using to allocate and
monitor marketing expeditures?
