In Australia, all you need is a Settlement Agent. Their fees are about $350 to $450 to handle a property up to $100,000. No lawyers and no Estate Agents. But you have to negotiate with the buyer yourself. The settlement agent only handles the paperwork and never meets the buyer. But they can if necessary for any signing of papers. |

Will you be securing a loan or paying cash? |
