Titled something like: What a girl carries with her

An annoying guard stopped me from entering the name of this painting I
liked at the exhibition in Rome last month (march 2004)
The painting is of a woman with a peacock like aura and the name was
in 3 languages english, german and italian.

I have only an approximation of the english title and I want to find
an image and the actual name (most likely in german)

To me it represented the unseen "luggage" some women carry with them,
however in this case probably meant in a nice way.

Thanks

Michel

Greetings.

Much of Klee's work is very abstract looking so its sometimes tough to
tell what is a woman versus a peacock. Perhaps this link may be of
help.

Thanks, but obviously that one was not there.

Also it is very clearly a woman with a bird shaped aura.

Michel,

I found an extensive list of links to images of Klee's works on
Orazio Centaro's Art Images on the Web (OCAIW) site:
http://www.ocaiw.com/catalog/index.php?lang=en&catalog=pitt&author=470

There are so many images here, perhaps you can find the one that you are seeking.

Best wishes,

ace
