I found no biography at all. Maybe some other Researcher would have
better success. However, I did find this article, which indicates that
Randall was still performing (in July 2003):
"Seaside spectacular hits Weston stage"

Since Randall wrote Formby biographies, you might be able to get a bio
from his publishers: W.H. Allen and Wise Publications.
