Did you need further clarification on what type of sources I required?
I am only looking for press releases, Market research groups,
Articles from magazines, pretty much anything with a valid web link.
Thx.

Americas, Europe, and Japan breakdown would be sufficient if broken
down respectively. If it is only a global statistic then that would
be of less value to me.

I found a review for 1999-2003, but this is not done for US but for
Americas (Europe, Japan and rest of the world).
Please let me know if this is good enough, or I will keep looking for US only.

flavio-ga, your global data from 1999-2003, would be appreciated, I
have changed the dollar value of this question to reflect the lack of
US detailed data, thanks.
