I'm trying to find out the average marketing cost paid to generate a
free online registration between 1999 and 2003 (year-by-year).  I'm
particularly talking about companies that offer a free registration
like my.yahoo.com, zone.com, my.msn.com, my.lycos.com...  Not a number
for each of these, but these types of sites.  Please let me know your
source.  If you can only find the year 1999 or 2000, that's OK.
