I'm trying to find out what company is creating a bunch of unclaimed
money web sites, and who can make one for me.  These unclaimed money
web sites I'm referring to all look similar, for example:

http://www.cashunclaimed.com
http://www.myowedmoney.com
http://www.locatemoney.net
http://www.cashclaim.com

Answering this question will constitute telling me which company or
person is creating these web sites--I am not referring to the web site
owners in WhoIs.  If that person has a web site or
advertisement for creating these web sites please let me know.

the only thing I could find was Little Saigon Advertising. No website
that I could find.

I spoke with one of the site's owners, who is affiliated with one of
the other sites.  He highly suggests staying away from the "template"
that these sites are made from.  He said he had to pretty much scrap
most of the template and invest $15K into making a database from
scratch.  He doesn't remember who makes the template.
