I have posted this question before but i figured that i would attempt
this again. I would like to find out the cell phone oprtaors in other
countries that buy the used cell phones that
http:///www.cellforcash.com and http://www.oldcellphone.com collect. I
know that they resell the phones they collect to cell phone operators
in other countries specifically south america. I am trying to find out
how they can pay so much for a used cell phone and then resell that
same phone to other cell phone operators in poor countries. A good
place to start would bw google news. Type in cellorcash and
oldcellphone and you will see news on these two compaines. If you need
