When did Abeona Networks cease operations?  It was a company funded by
Kleiner and Sequoia, located in Fremont, that had the misfortune to
launch a new product called WTC (for web transaction controller, to
speed up the web) on sept 11, 2001.  Amount raised was about $13
million. I need a cite, like a url.

Unfortunately, I wasn?t able to find anything definite about Abeona
Networks. I found one Newsgroup posting showing they were gone by
5/3/02. However, I was able to find their CEO, Vaibhav Malawade. You
can call him at his new company, Lorantec.
