I would like to find resources about why is political reform so
diffcult in China? What are the obstacles?

I wish the information would include:
1,Systematic analysis about the issue from the perspectives of
political institutions,current economical
situations,cultural,educational and historic issue.

2,classical literatures about the topic,especially from those who are
influential in the study field; meanwhile, the critical reviews about
the literatures will be appreciated.

3,the relationship between the changing property rights and other
economical issues and the China's political reform.

You could insert the name of almost any country and get similar
answers to why effective political reform does not occur; 1 the rich
and powerful are doing well; they don't want changes of any kind that
might topple them from power 2 The oposition is failing to make clear
the details of the changes = too many generalities 3 the oposition is
infiltrated by agents of the rich and powerful who make sure the
various factions of the oposition do not unite. 4 an effective
propaganda machine keeps nearly everyone confused about the best
course of action. 5 any oposition that appears to be headed toward
reform is discredited by phoney scandles, mysterios disappearances,

that deservea some formal systematic analysis (actually academic),not
few small pieces of the political phenomenon ,even though your
comments present some key points of the issue. Thanks again.
