How much Ferrous (steel) waste and scrap does the US export to China
each month?  Need historical (2002+) and current data from a source
that I can check weekly.  Prefer government source, not a subscription
to a costly service.  I expect it to be found on commerce dept website
or similar.

Note: Data needs to be monthly at a minimum for historical, prefer
weekly for current and ongoing data but will be happy with monthly.
