Cacos --

The instructions for how to prepare for -- and how the Baldrige Award
is judged -- are about 100 pages.  I'm not as familiar with the
detailed criteria for the Deming Prize but anticipate that they're
similar.  Obviously it would take something like a full day's work to
compare/contrast the two.  Are you seeking links to articles that have
already done that?
