Hello Curious360,
An estimated 30 to 35 million people visit aquariums each year in the
United States.
According to Jerry R. Schubel, president and CEO of the Aquarium of
the Pacific and member of the U.S. Scientific Steering Committee of
the Census of Marine Life, ?about 30 million people visit aquariums in
the U.S. each year.? ?These visitors represent a cross-section of the
nation?s ethnicities, incomes, education levels, and ages and already
show interest in the oceans by the fact that they are visiting an
aquarium.?
