The software this one youth camp is running (ezcamp2
http://www.softerware.com/ezcamp2/) seems to REQUIRE ms-word and
Outlook-express to do some of it's functions.. such as e-mailing
campers directly from the database and also to make word documents to
print.   Is there anyway anyone has seen to get around something like
this and have the APIs work with the programs directly?

OR... Does anyone know of a camp management suite for linux?  That
will do like AR/Camper Registration/etc from a linux machine?

I need to find a solution for them.. and using office (CHA CHING $$$
big bucks) or outlook express (VIRAL!!! EMAIL!!!) is not an option.

When I stated get around this.. I ment to use openoffice and
Mozilla/Firebird type problems.
