So my question is:  What is the title of the book?

Other information such as publisher and where I can buy this book are

Hello.

I called the restaurant at 415-441-8182.  I spoke to Mr Reda.  He told
me that his  cookbook was written 1993, but it was only sold at his
restaurants.  From what he told me, it was a self-published book that
was never available in bookstores or libraries.  It was just something
that he sold himself. He indicated that he has a few copies left, so
if you're interested you could call him at the number above.  However,
he told me that he's planning to update the book soon (and "make it
better), so you may want to wait for the new version.

I should have mentioned that I asked him what the title he was.  I'm
not sure if he understood me, but he seemed to indicate that it didn't
really have a title. It was just "a cookbook."
