I read the article here: http://www.inetours.com/Pages/Dining_Archive/Sawa.html And it mentions: [Tsegai Reda] wrote a cookbook of his own native dishes which is now out of print. So my question is: What is the title of the book? Other information such as publisher and where I can buy this book are also appreciated. BTW, I tried e-mailing the question to the website wowners two times and never got a response. Nessie |

Hello. I called the restaurant at 415-441-8182. I spoke to Mr Reda. He told me that his cookbook was written 1993, but it was only sold at his restaurants. From what he told me, it was a self-published book that was never available in bookstores or libraries. It was just something that he sold himself. He indicated that he has a few copies left, so if you're interested you could call him at the number above. However, he told me that he's planning to update the book soon (and "make it better), so you may want to wait for the new version. -------- search strategy: Called Sawa. I hope this helps. | |

If you like African and Ethiopian cookery, I recommend the "African News Cookbook". |
