During the 1999-2000 academic year, St. Andrew's Episcopal School
(http://www.gosaints.org) of Jackson/Ridgeland, Mississippi put up a
web site that copied without permission large portions of another
school's web site. This second school, probably another K-12 school
but I'm not certain, contacted St. Andrew's about the copyright
violation and might have--possibly, I'm not sure--filed a lawsuit. St.
Andrew's then changed its site, but apparently, never acknowledged on
it what had happened.

An answer should include a published source of this occurrence (if
possible), dates, public statements made by any of the parties
involved, and whatever
other information is available.
