Question ID: 326982
I purchased a used 2003 Suzuki GSXR 1000 motorcycle that I knew had
been raced from a private seller on 04/05/04. I took out a personal
loan for it, not an autoloan, and paid cash to the seller. It was not
disclosed to
me by the seller that the bike has a bent frame among other problems.
(I beleive the seller wasn't aware at the time.) I would like to know
what, if any, laws there are in WA state that protect me from this
kind of transaction. I would like to know how to get my money back
and/or I would like to know what steps, if any, I can take to persuade
the seller to purchase the bike back. I have investigated WA state
Lemon Laws and understand my situation does not qualify.
