I would like a list of ISPs who will provide quotes on internet
service for an ISP I would like to start in Cotonou, Benin. Traffic
would originate from the Sat-3 landing point in Cotonou. The local
telecom provides access to the fiber but not on the actual provder
itself. I need ISPs who will sell me bandwidth on the Sat-3 backbone.
