Hello sillymidon-ga,
Contrary to the supposition of your question, Cro-magnons *were* homo
sapiens. They are the first modern humans to appear in the fossil
record, and were made famous by the discovery of their cave paintings
and other, very human, artifacts.
Biologically, Cromagnon humans were/are indistinguishable from modern
humans (as far as can be known from the fossil record). Of course,
there has been enormous cultural evolution during the intervening
40,000 years, but I suspect your question was asking about biological
differences.
Let us know how we might proceed with your question, given the fact
that Cromagnons are considered to be full-fledged members of the
species known as homo sapiens.
